These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of getonsen.ai (the "Site"), operated by Onsen ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
1. The Site
The Site provides information about Onsen and lets you request access to our pilot program. The Site does not itself provide the Onsen product or services; those are governed by separate agreements.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Site to violate any law or the rights of others.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or its underlying infrastructure.
- Attempt to access non-public areas, accounts, or systems.
- Scrape, copy, or harvest content except as expressly permitted.
- Use the Site to send spam, malware, or other harmful content.
3. Intellectual property
The Site and its content — including text, graphics, logos, and the Onsen name and brand — are owned by Onsen or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not use them without our prior written permission, except as needed to view the Site in your browser.
4. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party sites or services. We don't control or endorse those, and we're not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
5. No warranty
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Onsen and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, arising out of or related to your use of the Site.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Onsen harmless from any claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.
